The Wedgewood Development is located just north of Whistler. Traditionally Whistler does not have very large lots. Wedgewoods is the exception to this with extremely large lots, allowing utmost privacy and unmatched open feel and exclusivity. We have done seven designs in collaboration with Glacier Creek Pacific Contracting. Below is a series of designs that is available through Glacier Creek Contracting.

WW LOT 1

The design allows either with the same floor plan. Each with distinct benefits and character. Both designs speaks to the mountain environment while maintaining a modern flexible living style in this beautiful setting.

WW LOT 3A

A modern design. Showing clients the effect of their design program in a modern design style. A fly-by design study was done for this option that you can be viewed in the impressions section.

WW LOT 3B

A traditional design. Showing clients the effect of their design program in a traditional design style.

WW LOT 7

This design is based on the traditional farmhouse concept with the modern addition to it. This is truly a modern west coast mountain design. The house create an experience of discovery while maintaining a beautiful flow of space.

WW LOT 10

A traditional west coast mountain design. Most rooms get light from at least three sides while the house sit elegantly on the site to optimize and maximize the privacy and beauty of the site.

A traditional design that focus on the indoor outdoor experience. A house that is as enjoyable in the sunshine as what it will be sitting by the cozy fireplace. Open concept living while maintaining the intimacy of a mountain home.
