The units are designed to enhance and stimulate social interaction between residents whilst facilitating the outdoor lifestyle and culture of the area. The development situates all vehicular access to the site edges creating high-quality landscaped outdoor space in the centre of the site that is easily accessed from each townhome, promoting safe and inviting spaces for children to play and neighbours to meet.

We have produced many successful non-market homes for the WHA in Whistler that demonstrate our ability to create attractive homes with a modest budget.
Duplexes, Rainbow Subdivision, Whistler

The Rainbow Duplexes are 6 non-market homes designed with a panelised wall and roof system for speed of construction. Notwithstanding a modest budget and restrictive lot sizes, the homes feature an abundance of natural light, generous floor to ceiling heights and outdoor space in the form of generous balcony space or a roof deck to get access to the inspiring views of Green Lake.
We believe that there are always opportunities for good design decisions to produce real benefits for homeowners, no matter the budget and we feel that the Rainbow Duplexes are an illustration of this.
Indigo Rancher, Rainbow, Whistler

Lot 11 on Indigo Lane is the last home in this private cul-de-sac. A rancher, or single storey, 3500 square foot home, it offers a contemporary, carefully designed, open floor plan. Designed to fit a very tight lot by Alta Lake, with many challenging planning restrictions. A 2-3 bedroom, 2700 sq. ft., single-family home with a separate suite below the garage. The living space on the lower floor opens out to spectacular views of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains yet retains a subtle presence on the roadside behind. Constructed mainly from insulated, prefabricated wall and roof panels minimizes energy use and ensures a comfortable environment within.

A custom home designed with entertaining in mind is now in the middle of construction. Set on a huge private lot in the new Wedgewoods subdivision this house boasts magnificent views upon arrival. With large bedrooms all with ensuites, a roof deck and a huge chefs kitchen complete with touch faucets, a 60'' wide range and an incredible 8'x8' island.
This single family home is set for completion in 2013.
